One thing for sure, the inner city won't get licensed brothels here anything soon.
The city in the meadows (desert now) is not just for gambling and sex anymore -
it has become one the the largest family oriented vacation and business destinations
in the world.
Speaking of vacation, our good Mayor, Oscar Goodman, demanded an apology from
President Obama for his comment that companies receiving government bailout money
can't take it to Las Vegas Conventions or squander it on Super Bowl Tickets. Don't
expect that to happen anytime soon, but the President has accepted an invitation
to visit and see what goes on here - things he could not see on those frequent
campaign swings.
